Low Cost Laser Cutting Homepage

Laser cutters are versatile tools for cutting for prototyping and low-volume manufacturing. This project examines the feasibility of constructing a laser cutting device with a cost comparable to that of an inkjet printer.

This project was completed for a the Spring 1998 class MAS864: The Physics of Information Technology, taught by Neil Gershenfeld at the MIT Media Lab.
