30 undergraduate / graduate students (26 males 4 females) at Media Lab
FOR using human-like characters for interface agents: 21
AGAINST using human-like characters for interface agents: 9

Discussion
Agent-based interface should have various character representation for users to choose
Qestion: Should we chose "likable" characters instead of using "look-intelligent" or "look-trustworthy" ones?

2. Facial expression

Discussion
Basic emotions are easy to be recognized
Cognitive emotions are:
less easy to be recognized / hard to express correctly / expressed differently
