I'm interested in studying human interactions and dynamics by the
use of wearable devices.
How can automatically collected data be used to better understand and
predict how people interact, influence or communicate with each other.
In my research I'm focusing on prosodic speech features as a mean of
signaling general affective and cognitive states.
Currently I'm in my second year in the Master Program of Media Arts
and Science in the Media Lab at MIT. I'm a member of the Erationality Group and Human Dynamics Group.
Before my time in the Media Lab I worked as a software engineer for leading a company in Switzerland in information retrieval (eurospider). This company is a spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) where I graduated in 2000 with a Masters in Computer Science. At the University of Zurich I completed psychology as second minor subject.
