PROJECT:
Open World Learning (OWL)

DESCRIPTION:
OWL was an early (circa 1995) web-based distance learning application, integrating video, whiteboard, and communal browsing in one virtual classroom environment.

FEATURES:
Video feed, whiteboard, Java chat, and communal browsing in one web interface.
Under the hood was an ahead of its time object oriented application server and database.
OWL was neat stuff, for real. :)
