A documentary film exploring the cultural ecosystem which gives life to modern media icons.
"The Faithful" uses Pope John Paul II, Lady Diana, and Elvis Presley as backdrops for the unexpected discovery of a common set of requisite agents required for media iconification. It is through a direct examination of these agents, the admirers, media, artists, and entrepreneurs, that we gain an insight into the complex and fascinating processes that perpetuate and elevate a person to modern iconic status.
