Example of Full-Color 3-D Holovideo Image
This picture is a digitized photograph of a 3-D holographic image
displayed on the first-generation
holovideo display system. The
computed fringe pattern contained 2-MB per primary color, for a total
of 6 MB. Image width is approximately 40 mm. The computation of the
fringe pattern used to generate this image is described in
a paper presented at SIGGRAPH 95.
