Compiling XF86_PEDC for a new version of XFree86

1. Download the latest version of the XFree86 server-only source distribution from ftp://ftp.xfree86.org/pub/XFree86/current/source
2. Extract the source
3. cd xc
4. Uncomment '#define XF86MonoDrivers' in config/cf/xf86site.def, and add pedc to the end of the line.
5. cd programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/mono/drivers
6. tar -xzvf XF86_PEDC-src.tar.gz
7. cd ../../../../../..
8. make World
9. make all
10. make install
