Jaewon Kim is the Head of AI (Artificial Intelligence) Team at
Samsung Display whose interests span AI, computer graphics/vision, computational photography, HCI, 3D Display and Optics. He has a multidisciplinary background with BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST, MSc from MIT Media Lab, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Imperial College London. He has professional careers as a senior researcher in Samsung Electronics for 7 years and a research scientist in KIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology) for 5 years.

· I have organized a series of AI & IT workshop with Prof. Gunhee Kim which are jointly supported by Korea Ministry of Science and ICT and British Embassy Seoul.
