I designed this kiosk interface as part of the Virtual Fishtank exhibit, on permanent view at the Boston Museum of Science. (The exhibit originally appeared at The Computer Museum in spring of 1998.)
This particular station, Exploring Emergence, offers vistors an "active essay": an interesting text augmented by interactive elements.
