Their buffet menu includes their famous Penang fried "kway-teow".
There is also something they called "Lok-Lok" which means boil and boil, where you just take sticks of the prepared sea-cucumbers, button mushrooms, fish balls, prawns and other local sea food and dip them into a pot containing boiling water. This is kind of like steam boat, just that you do it at the counter.
There are also these delicious Penang Laksa noodles or vermicille prepared by the chef on duty. You can tell him/her how you would like it to be done. Next to the laksa, another chef makes "popiah" (a kind of spring roll with vegetable and some meat) on the spot.
Over to another counter, you will find the main dishes.
They have curry chicken, vegetables with Japanese bean curd, their famous Penang fried "kway-teow", fried vermicille, prawns, satay (very delicious indeed !), otak (seasoned and minced fish or squid meat wrapped in pandan leaves and steamed), water-crest soup, park-stomach soup, raw cucumber, white rice and also cute little nasi lemak (Malay coconut rice with peanuts and ikan bilis - small seasoned and dried fishes).
Then come the dessert over at the end of the serving counter. They have the nice soya bean curd (very smooth and delicious), some local kuih (cakes), and local fresh fruits.
