| Developed by Gil Weinberg and Seum-Lim Gan , the Musical MnM presents a new kind of immersive and colorful musical interface. Players can "dip" their hands in a bowl filled with MnM candies (or any kind of small bead-like elements for that matter). Hand movement inside the ball bounces the MnMs which apply pressure on sensors located around the bowl. The sensor data is then digitized and converted to MIDI which is processed by Max for Macintosh. The concept behind the Musical MnM is to provide a large surface interface for delicate gestures of palm and fingers for the creation of music. |  The Musical MnM |
